Rushall Village FC is proud to announce an exciting opportunity to join our growing team. We are currently seeking a Male Development Officer to help lead and inspire our boys’ football programmes across multiple age groups. This voluntary role is ideal for someone passionate about youth development, community engagement, and the transformative power of grassroots sport.

As a children’s charity football club, we offer free sessions and inclusive pathways for young players aged 5–14. The Male Development Officer will play a key role in delivering fun, engaging coaching sessions, supporting player progression, and helping to build a safe, welcoming environment for all. You’ll work closely with our coaches, volunteers, and families to ensure every child feels valued and encouraged.

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, empathy, and leadership to the pitch. Experience working with children is essential, and FA coaching qualifications are a bonus. Strong communication skills, a commitment to safeguarding, and a belief in football for all are vital. The role includes evening sessions and weekend fixtures, with opportunities to contribute to matchday coordination and club development.

Joining Rushall Village FC means becoming part of a movement that puts community first. You’ll have the chance to shape the future of boys’ football in our area, access coaching pathways, and make a lasting impact. Whether you’re an aspiring coach, a seasoned mentor, or someone who simply loves the game, we’d love to hear from you.
