Welfare Incident Report — use this form to report a safeguarding concern, welfare incident, or anything you believe may have placed a child or vulnerable person at risk. Reports are handled confidentially by our Welfare Officer.
Welfare Incident Report
If a child or vulnerable person is in immediate danger, please call 999 first. This form is for non-emergency welfare concerns that need to be formally recorded.

Whistleblowing — this form allows you to raise a serious concern about misconduct, financial irregularity, or a breach of our policies in confidence. Your identity will be protected.
Whistleblowing Contact
All whistleblowing reports are handled in strict confidence and reviewed by the Club Chairman or an independent committee member. Raising a concern in good faith will never result in any negative action against you.
All reports are treated with the utmost confidentiality in line with our club policies.
