🧡 6 UNBEATEN! 🧡
Another brilliant morning for the Swifts! 5 wins and 1 draw from our opening 6 games — the 100% record may have gone, but the unbeaten run continues! 👏🏼
🆚 Ace Villareal
A dominant performance from the start, with the boys playing some fantastic football and creating plenty of chances. Harlen, Joey and Reggie all got on the scoresheet, with Joey and Reggie both completing hat-tricks.
More of the same after the break, with Chester also finding the net as the Swifts rounded off another fantastic performance. 👏🏼
🆚 Bilston Town
A rematch of last week’s game and another really tight battle.
A long ball caught us out and, despite Cole making a great first save, Bilston followed up to take the lead.
The lads really stepped it up after the break, showing more composure, teamwork and determination. We got the deserved equaliser through Joey — his fourth of the morning — and pushed hard for a winner, but had to settle for a draw.
🏆 Players of the Match
Parents’ POTM – Reggie 🧡
Non-stop effort, winning the ball back, making great runs and bringing teammates into play with some excellent passing.
Managers’ POTM – Joey 🧡
Another tireless performance, with great runs, passing and constant pressure to win the ball back. A fantastic morning in front of goal too!
🧡 5 wins. 1 draw. 6 unbeaten.
The results are great, but even better is seeing the teamwork, attitude and things we’re working on in training coming through more and more every week.
Well done, Swifts! 👏🏼🧡⚽️
