U10’s Match Report
Hard match day for Rushall 10’s today, whilst they worked hard the boys didnt seem to have the same energy they normally do and heads dropped very fast
U10’s Vs Ace Milan💛💜
2-0 Loss
In this game the boys didnt have the best time, whilst being capable of winning, they made silly errors in the match which was detrimental to the result. With lack of defending and aggression the team conceded and immediately the boys heads dropped, leading the opposition to another goal scored. Whilst there was highlights of the game unfortunately it wasn’t the best performance from the 10’s.
U10’s Vs Wednesfield Community Fc🔴
2-2 Draw
Between matches we had time for a good chat, to talk about what went wrong and what was good from the first match. Reflecting on this cleared the boys heads and picked the spirits up. The first half of this match was much better, successful passes, successful defending, great goalkeeping and two goals scored by Nathan (one assisted by Charlie M and one assisted by Charlie A). A very strong half of the match with goals to show. Entering the second half the boys kept strong, unfortunately with slight mistake Rushall conceding a goal immediately dropped morale again and the opposition were able to equalize.
Whilst a disappointing match day, the boys improved after reflection. Myself and the boys know what went wrong, what went well and how we can come back stronger. The second match was a much better performance with some impressive plays.
