Rushall Village U14’s vs Holy Name

Recap

Full Match Report – U14s

It was a tough day at the office for the U14s, but one we’ll learn from together as a squad.

Rushall started brightly and took an early lead with a well-worked goal. However, from that point onwards we found ourselves second to too many balls. The usual energy, running, and passion that has defined us all season just wasn’t quite there on this occasion.

We ended up losing 5–2, but even on a difficult day there were positives — the team kept fighting and managed to get on the scoresheet twice, showing good character right until the final whistle.

Days like this are part of football. They give us the chance to reflect, reset, and come back even stronger. This group has shown tremendous commitment and improvement throughout a long season, and there’s no doubt we’ll bounce back from this.
